With Love, Letters of Gratitude at ALO London
WHAT: As the year comes to a close, reflect and reconnect with love. In this guided session with Isabella Panousis,
you’ll be led through visualisation and letter writing to expand gratitude for yourself, others, and the world around you.
Honour your journey, share thanks, and plant seeds of love and gratitude that will continue to grow long after the session ends.
Arrival – Guests settle on meditation poofs around low tables styled with candles and plants. Each receives branded stationary + pen
Guided Writing – After a short meditation, guests write 2–3 letters: to someone they love, to their future self, and optionally to the universe.
Sealing – Envelopes are sealed with an ALO wax stamp and placed in a collective box.
Mailing Ritual – Letters to loved ones will be posted and sent to recipients immediately. Self-letters will be mailed back to guests 3–6 months later.
Closing Circle – Guests share matcha and light bites while reflecting on all they are grateful for. Guests are invited to read a letter, should they feel empowered to share, to
foster connection.
