Isabella Panousis is a personal development coach , event host & tarot reader transforming individuals lives who struggle with low confidence, self esteem & anxiety.
After years of partying, people pleasing and putting work first Isabella’s spent her 20s working for some of the worlds major film studios, but whilst Isabella was busy on set making fictional worlds come true, her own reality was feeling far from ideal. Behind the scenes of her own life she was crippled with anxiety, lacked confidence in herself and had little purpose and direction. Growing up she had low self esteem even though she was a natural performer. Her fire in her heart always reminded her that she was destined for more even if she didn’t know what “more” was. After she well and truly hit rock bottom she took the courageous leap to break up with the life she had built for herself because crying to work, wishing for it to be over was not normal and if life continued that way she would be creating a life she no longer wanted to be a part of. This was the start of a new beginning where Isabella would become the director her own life and
embody main character energy.
