Spend your Sunday at 1 Hotel Mayfair for a creative confidence reset. Empowerment Coach Isabella Panousis and Ceramics Artist Jayne Redmond for a confidence boosting creative workshop designed to help you glow from the inside out.

Experience energy expanding visualisations that support you in feeling empowered to walk out of the session feeling radiant. Isabella will guide you through a mindset workshop before Jayne encourages you to channel your inner artist and hand paint a bespoke vase. Goodie bags, your bespoke vase & a personal taort card reading is included in the workshop.

Each vase will be hand glazed and posted to your door within weeks after the event. a lasting reminder of your creativity and confidence.
